Project enquiries
When you send a project enquiry, Astute Growth stores your name, work email, organisation, selected topic and message, together with the page and any campaign details in the link you used. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and understand how people find our services. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing updates.
Requesting a free guide
When you submit a guide request, Astute Growth collects your name, email address, company or organisation, mobile number, mobile verification status, the guide requested, the request and download times, and your preference for future email updates. Your mobile number is shared with Twilio Verify to send and check a verification code. Unfinished verification requests are held separately from confirmed leads. We record the time verification succeeds; the website does not store the SMS code. These details are kept in private enquiry records and used to provide the guide and manage your request. A confirmed mobile number is required to unlock the download. By selecting the SMS consent option and requesting a code, you agree to receive the verification SMS needed for this guide request. This does not subscribe you to marketing SMS.
Future policy and business update emails are optional. The checkbox is unticked by default. You can request the guide without subscribing, and withdraw your update preference at any time by emailing info@astutegrowth.com.au.
Cookies and technical information
An essential cookie remembers the verification session for up to 10 minutes. After successful verification, a separate essential cookie remembers download access for 24 hours. The website also uses limited, short-lived technical records to prevent form abuse. It does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting providers may process their own cookies and technical logs.
Information handling
Website hosting and email providers process information under their own terms. Processing and storage may include locations outside Australia. Contact Astute Growth before providing information if its location or handling is material to your request.
Sensitive or confidential information
Provide a brief, non-sensitive overview in an initial enquiry. Do not submit identity documents, passwords, financial account details or commercially confidential documents. An initial enquiry does not establish legal professional privilege; agree suitable confidentiality and transfer arrangements before sharing sensitive material.
Access, correction and privacy requests
To request access, correction or deletion of your details, withdraw your update preference, or raise a privacy concern, email info@astutegrowth.com.au. Reasonable identity verification may be required. Requests will be considered in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
